"up to my neck" means "very busy"
"up to my neck" means "very busy". I have TOO much work to do, in this example.
I'm up to my neck in work now, that's I can't leave any comments this morning.
when everybody takes their long holiday, i must work until it's up to my neck.
I'm up to my neck, so i can not go with you.
